Courier Marketplace LLC is designed to help you automate your business to increase efficiency and reduce the pain of daily operations. Because we focus exclusively on the Solo and Smaller Courier companies and associated transportation companies, our Planner Platform is designed to meet the specific needs of planning, routing, IC management, invoicing, driver settlements and all the other challenges of profitably running a Courier business. 

Our primary proposition is the assembly of companies that provide all the necessary services in a centralized platform location. Each of the provider entities represents best in class services for their field of expertise. By completing this agreement with Courier Marketplace LLC, several different industry experts and risk management solutions will be offered. We will make it possible for your business to run with your large competitors.  

Getting Started  

Courier Marketplace LLC requires (IC) drivers to complete enrollment through Settlement Processing registration process. The Listing Planner tab, New Driver sends your IC driver a link to enroll. All Users are associated to a role and taken through the appropriate workflows for their specific enrollment type (owner, dispatcher, independent contractor). After approval of a completed enrollment, your Listing User ID is automatically created within the Courier Marketplace Planner Platform to manage each function with appropriate permissions per their role. Finally, your business Listing is automatically created in the Courier Marketplace platform based on information captured during enrollment. 

Platform membership provides your customers a remote Order access login to place and track order locations with map. Our simple technology enables you to remotely dispatch and plan each delivery contractor from any device opening a range of options for your company, enabling you to operate with flexible hours and locations.  Occupational Accident (OccAcc) insurance benefits helps your Listing to qualify for proposal referrals with Larger Courier and 3PL companies. Our portal allows you to interface with Shippers and Large companies in Last Mile delivery options and e-commerce. We provide a Find to search for your Courier location map to help get you more business. When someone is looking for courier services in your area on Courier Marketplace, they will see contact information in our web search engine.

As part of your enrollment, Settlement processing provides screening for contractor compliance. You must complete as part of your contractor company enrollment all sections of Settlement Processing Onboarding. Your Sub Contractors will get (OccAcc) Commercial Insurance to cover your delivery order requirements with optional benefits in health insurance, business services, and retail discounts that help empower you to succeed.

• Business Listing in Courier Marketplace search under Find Courier to promote your company.
• Contractor access in Independent Contractor Sourcing Solutions to locate Drivers. 
• Listing under Find Courier on Platform Business Location in Independent Contractor Sourcing Solutions.
• Drivers can receive benefits in health insurance, business services, and retail discounts that help empower you to succeed.

Fees:

• Settlement Processing fee of $2.00 per driver
• Order processing through the Planner $.50 per Order
• Mobile Order processing fee $.25 per Order
• 5% credit card processing fee will be applied to all Settlement transactions.

All Listings are required to run settlement weekly to have Commercial Insurance through ICM to cover your Sub Contractor Driver requirements. Weekly Settlement processing applies to the Owner of Listing as part of this agreement to maintain status. 

We simplify onboarding, contracting, settlement processing, and risk control requirements for industries that demand qualified independent contractors. Courier Marketplace is designed to help you automate your business to increase efficiency and reduce the pain of daily operations.  

Because we focus exclusively on marketing your Courier businesses to associated transportation companies, our terms of this agreement are for one year with a nonrefundable charge for specific set up, recurring invoicing and driver settlement processes. In the event of cancelation within first 90 days of agreement Courier Marketplace will retain one month Listing charge. 

Courier Marketplace is not a load board or load broker, we have contacts with Shippers, 3PL and large delivery services.  

Our Listing service is intended to help you to gain exposure for new opportunities.
